In charge of a worksite on the Southside that was devoid of labour for three weeks. Then arrived on a saturday to run equipment at 7:30am waking up the entire neighborhood. The crew could have had the common sense to do that raking before you fired up all the equipment, that choice would have resulted in everyone having another hour on a Saturday. I'm sure glad you decided that the three man crew starting at at the crack of dawn was more important than the 100 getting some rest after their busy week. I dont care if you have the legal right to work at 7am, we have the right to the timely completion of work and if you can't show up at 730am on a Monday, don't do it on a Saturday.
