I've been purchasing stamps from Dave and Kayle for quite a number of year now, both on-line and at stamp shows. They are in my top 3 stamp dealers that I always look forwarding to checking out whenever they attend one of the local stamp shows. And I regularly check out their \New Arrivals\ section on their website. Deveney Stamps has been top of my list for quality of material and quality of service for years. The very occasional times that there has been a problem with a stamp I purchased, they've quickly and cheerfully corrected the situation. I can heartily recommend them, especially if you are looking for Canadian revenue or pre-cancel stamps, which are two of their specialties.
