Great store with great selection of very interesting items. Staff/Owners really care about their customers and the business. Nice vibe in the store.
Horrendous customer service. Was appalled by the employee who literally yelled at us from accross the store. Would give 0 stars if I could. There better locations that sell desigual I do not recommend this location. Update the \employee\ was actually the owner of the store. Do not shop here Update: Rude owner told me in store when I said I would review her negatively for her rudeness \go ahead I'll just respond to it and no one will care\ which she now has. There was never an issue with protocol it was with the owners rude and completely inappropriate behaviour when she SCREAMED at my mother who heard her the first time and wasn't moving but simply didn't say nor do anything because she was in shock at the owners demeanor. My mom is a kinda sweet women who got yelled at by this store owner hence why I am reviewing it.
Amazing customer service! The owner Kim went above and beyond to make sure my shopping experiance was the best! I will definently be coming back to shop here. Thanks Desigual staff!!
