When we decided to renovate our condo we were looking at new flooring when we bumped into Lesley. She was very outgoing, friendly and knowledgeable. We found out that she was an Interior Designer/Builder and when we decided to do additional renovations we decided to use her knowledge and expertise to assist us. We found Lesley to be pleasingly direct and easy to talk to about our needs and wants. She was a pleasure to work with. Her team of talented trades people were also easy to work with and provided a high level of quality work. Because of our great experience with Lesley and her team, we have decided to re-employ her in our next project which is bathroom renovations. We look forward to working with Lesley on this project, as we know we will have excellent results. We highly recommend Design By Lesley. Definitely a 5-star job!

I had the absolute pleasure of having Lesley completely redesign my Kitchen and small TV Room this summer. Having never done a project like this, and knowing nothing about what was involved Lesley was there every step of the way, explaining everything that was about to happen. Lesley had so many great ideas and gave me many options to choose from. From Start to Finish Lesley was there, whenever there was a contractor coming, she was at our place before the contractor came, and introduced each one that worked in our place. EVERY contractor that she said was coming, showed up on the specified time. The contractors were all very polite, professional and hard workers. After the renos were completed, and in the time frame we wanted, we are absolutely thrilled with our renovations and will be enjoying it for many years to come. Next Spring, we are going to get Lesley to redo our Main Bathroom and Ensuite, and will be looking forward to hearing her ideas. Having never done this before, I thank you Lesley for your great work. I learned a lot in the short time it took. Lesley is a wealth of information. I, HIGHLY RECOMMEND Design by Lesley.....you will not be disappointed. If I could give her more then Five Stars...I would!! Thank you Lesley, for everything!!

This was our second time working with Design by Lesley - this time on a complete gut and remodel of our new-to-us house. It was a massive undertaking that spanned all four floors of our split-level 1970's home. Lesley was fair but firm with her tradespeople, was willing to let us do work where it was appropriate, and went above and beyond on many occasions. She was very knowledgeable and went to bat for us on with city inspectors to keep things reasonable. One of the best things about working with Lesley is that she has a lot of experience - it didn't seem to matter what obstacle we encountered, she always knew a specialized trade or a business that could help us out with it. Nothing flustered her. She also wasn't afraid to let me know [in a kind-but-professional way] when I had ideas that sounded good in theory, but wouldn't play well in practice. That's not an easy skill to have and I really appreciated it. This renovation included all new flooring throughout, all new trim throughout, new windows, doors, and window treatments, new lighting throughout, installation of gas for cooktop, bbq , and new fireplace, replacement of ceilings, removal of a load bearing wall and replacing it with an engineered beam, replacement of three bathrooms [two with custom showers], brand new kitchen, changing the basement layout, removal of closets in bedroom, completely redesigning the laundry room [including moving a door] on the main, new aluminum and glass railings, extensive re-plumbing, re-insulation, re-wiring [thanks also to the terrific Wilson Electrical for that work], re-painting, and probably more other things that I've forgotten about. We are very happy with the end result and would definitely work with her again!

And they were all extremely professional and the work they did was excellent. I can't thank her enough for the design expertise and her overall costumer service.
