I have always used desforges I like giving business to local resident. I just wish guy that come to my house was more nice All other company that come to do service like furnace guy wear mask and some have glove. I dont know what the law is but when I ask the guy if he has mask he said no I don't need one. He is first person that tell me this. Girl on telephone always nice I think her name is Brigitt she ask me question and I answer and she said the guy coming would do the swme I will always use desforges I always like the service but the older guy that come to my house was a bit mean when I ask about mask. I hope next tike they can send young guy that come before or older man that work there for long time because I donr really want same guy to come back . I hope maybe next service guy will be more nice about mask problem. I sont like to make complaint but alot of older people and this thing happening very dangerus for us Merci foe the good service Mr Pierre I know you will understand and talk to the guy. I still give you 5 star because I have use you for lots of year and always have good water

We've used their services often and have always had great service. Reason I'm giving 3 stars is because I tried calling the office this week with no answer, I was driving by I figured I would stop because I did not know if they would be closed like other business They were open I was happy, walk in and noticed no hand sanitizer anywhere. Usually I would not care but I don't know how many people touch the door that day Also the lady at the office was coughing I was standing pretty far back, I asked her if she's ok she said yes but she didn't cover her mouth and I felt like running out but needed to reschedule a job I hope if you read this please think about adding protective measures in your office , with how things are right now would be a very good thing And maybe ensure us customers that your worker are wearing masks and gloves when they come to service our water machines if not maybe wait before you send guys over and close so everyone is safe I just felt like the lady at the desk was not being cautious enough

Malheureusement ils ne suivent pas les consignes pour le coronavirus, pas de masque et pas de questions Ils ne reviennent pas jusqu'à temps qu'ils changent leur consigne, c'est dommage mais je suis âgé et peut pas prendre de chance
