Art supply store? More like toy store with some art supplies. I wanted sketch books, multi media paper 11x14, simple enough and nothing special. All out, in all brands. But wait, you say, couldn't you have called ahead? Yes, but their records said they had 6. So....they would have told me they had 6 in stalk. Really nice staff, but it failed to supply me with a basic art supply. Store you had one job! Stocked full of puzzles and toys though.

Wonderful and knowledgeable customer service. Just have patience to wait ones turn and you will not be disappointed. Spent nearly an hour and not once felt that I was being rushed.

As a prolific visual artist, I love this particular DeSerres store for art supplies. Some items maybe a little more expensive than some other stores but the quality is usually much better. I usually find what I am looking for in this particular store all the time and I have spent a large quantity of money in the past few years on art supplies. The membership card is quite a surprise when you realize how many points you have that get converted into credit to purchase more. The staff is extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the product lines but not at all pushy when it comes to sales.At other competitive stores I have been sold markers that have been almost empty and I do believe this issue is from the student employees switching the markers with their own empty ones for new ones. Even though this DeSerres store hires student employees none of these sort of scams have been experienced by me. My wife is a crafter and also finds this DeSerres store to be very well stocked for crafts and once again the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable in this area. I would very much recommend the DeSerres stores for art and craft supplies as well as other purchases and find this particular store to be the best.
