I was impressed with quality of response to phone inquiries, the professional and friendly attitude of all concerned Depotium staff. They are so accommodating and understanding the dynamic nature of needs and changes by client. The cost is highly competitive, and spaces are clean and very secure. I will use their services again!

The facilities are large, well protected and accessible any time. The service was satisfactory and the price was reasonable. The dump was useful for getting rid of material not needed.

Price is per every 4 weeks, not per month, which means your payment date moves up by a few days each month. I rented a unit with climate control but got a notice soon after that units would no longer be heated in Winter (no pricing adjustment was made.) Would have been nice to have a hand sanitizing station somewhere in the building with COVID19 but that wasn't the case. Apart from those 3 things, everything else was fine.
