Very poor experience. My entire family have been patients of this office for over 25 years, the last 3 years have been a complete sh** show to say the least for myself and my daughter. Since I have transferred my daughter to another office but I thought I would give them another chance as I’ve been a patient since 2 years old, I scheduled a cleaning appt and went on Friday, my appointment was at 12:30 and due to Covid protocol they had me test “arrived” when I arrived, I got there at 12:25 sat in my car for 10 minutes before getting a message stating my room had been sanitized and prepared for me to enter. So I went in only to sit in the waiting room until 12:50, myself being a dental hygienist know every minute is critical to maintain a steady functioning schedule for the day. I got up and left while the receptionists looked at me like deer in headlights as I had waited over 20 minutes. Definitely taking my business elsewhere as will the 7 members of my family who have been lifelong patients, very sad and upsetting.
