This is by far the slowest grocery pickup service I’ve ever used. Waiting with young children for 5 minutes to talk to someone. Been on hold for almost 10 minutes. This for a grocery order where I’m here because they didn’t give us all of the groceries we bought when we were here a few hours ago (in spite of us even asking them because it seemed like some things were missing). Hopefully we will get our groceries within the hour. Will NEVER do this again. Follow-up: It took more than a half-hour.
