I would not recommend ever going to this walk-in clinic if you expect decent customer service from the front desk, and actually want to see a doctor for something as basic as needing a prescription filled. They do not care about their patients. They gave my mom a time frame of 30 mins, and 45 minutes later, refused to answer our phone calls when the secretary could clearly see us standing outside the door and knocking. Then, when we finally did get to speak to the doctor, they didn't even give the prescription to the Walmart pharmacy to fill. Instead, they closed early at 5pm when their hours posted are until 6pm without even informing us. We went to the pharmacy who told us they never received the prescription. Coming here is a complete waste of time, the people who work there are very unprofessional and their customer service is non-existent. NEVER coming back.

I am sorry but if you can't man up and actually see patients you need to no longer be a dr. I woke up unable to see in one eye due to and infection. I walked to the clinic they had a sign on the door saying to plz call first. Called and I was told if the dr has time he will call me later today. Yeah great medical service.

Absolutely the WORST experience everytime ive been front of door 9:10 to 10:00 am 40 minutes the door was locked and the Receptionist other side of door glass beyone rude!!! Just dont go here!

SERIOUSLY , SERVICE IS OK/GOOD . BUT , BETTER NOT GO OR CALL THIS CLINIC , THEY ARE TOOOOOOOOO BUSY IN THIS BUSY LOCATION , AND NOT HIRING MORE STAFF , ALWALYS KEEP YOU ON HOLD FOR AT LEAST 20 MINUTES.
