My family has used Tsawwassen Collision many times and we’re always satisfied with the service but this was my first time. I had been rear ended and they walked me through the process so well, getting ICBC claim and so forth. Then they kept me updated by phone and text about what was happening with my car, they even identified an issue with my air bags that I’m happy got resolved. But throughout it all they always contacted me BEFORE doing anything to make sure I was aware of the cost involved which I really appreciated. The whole team was lovely.

I just want to give a huge shout out to Tsawwassen Collision. Getting in car accidents is very stressful. It is very upsetting especially when your young child is in the car. Phoning the team at Tsawwassen Collision really helped me relax after my accident. They put my mind at ease right away and helped me through the entire process. They offered me a loaner car once I brought mine in for repair. They walked me through what needed to be done and explained why. They were extremely thorough which gave me confidence that my car would be safe to drive again with my children in it. They ensured that any unseen damage would be uncovered and that I felt comfortable with the process. My repairs were done very quickly and when I went to pick up my car it was spotless inside and even had a fresh bottle of water in the cup holder. They really thought of every detail and put a smile on my face after a pretty scary and upsetting experience. I won't hesitate to take my car to them again for any repair or service I need and I strongly recommend this company to anyone who wants a reliable and trustworthy experience.
I recently had my windshield on my BMW replaced at Tsawwassen Collision. The staff were friendly, highly professional and the repairs were completed to the highest standard. They provided me with pickup/drop off of my vehicle at no charge and when the vehicle was returned to my residence, I was blown away by the fact that they returned it washed, vacuumed AND they touched up one of my scratched aluminum wheels without even mentioning it and at no charge! Highly recommend this local business!
Super helpful! Super fast! Super convenient! I needed my window replaced in one day for a trade in deal and they were able let me drop off after hours, replace the windshield and pick up after hours the next day.
Such a relief after dealing with Tsawwassen Collision. I arrived just before closing but Chris felt my anguish, asked me to leave the vehicle with him because he felt it was too risky to drive. The next day I received a call with estimated cost and completion time. The estimate was true and the vehicle was ready for pick up the following day. Great staff with full Covid protocol in mind. Thanks guys!!
