Good for kids
Great place to run/walk if you want to avoid sun during day time. Locals come here to walk, walk their dogs, run, bike, horse ride, I have even seen somebody riding street legal sports motorcycle as well. Most of the path is wide enough to maintain social distance. People are usually respectful to give way to runners. This area is well maintained as compared to other(72 to Nordel) tracks/paths in North Delta.

Nice well maintained scenic walking and biking trails.
Hiked one of the trails and today took my toddler on the trail for bike ride and she loved it!
The meadow trail is awesome.fun to bike. Great off road cardio. Fun path to get some speed rippin on your bike.Burns bog catwalk is super fun too. You can loop around the outside of the delta watershed , get some fast off road exercise , then conect up with the other side of the watershed and blast through the trails on the way back to the car. Good times!
Great trail to walk as well as all the other interconnecting trails.
