We recently had our back patio enclosed with three screens installed by Suncoast Enclosures. We can't say enough how much we LOVE these screens. They are perfect for our space. They are stable, the remote works each screen independently and they do not move in wind (although I would retract them if a heavy wind is predicted). In fact, a benefit we did not anticipate is they actually keep the area warm during breezy days. The staff who came to measure the space and install the screens were pleasant, polite and followed all safety procedures. This company did everything to make sure our new screen room is exactly what we wanted- an area where we are free of bugs so we can enjoy al fresco meals and outside visits! We highly recommend them!

I am extremely pleased with the job that Suncoast Enclosure did on my home in Crescent Beach. Russell explained very clearly the options for my enclosure and helped me to determine the best one for my home and he was right, it looks even better than I had hoped! The installers really care about what they are doing, it's not just a job to them, it is very obvious customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to them. The entire team was on time, worked diligently to get it right. My home is an older home and they were very creative finding solutions throughout the process. I would highly recommend Suncoast.
We are very pleased with our louvred roof. Suncoast was on schedule with the installation. Our installers Jake and Ricky were knowledgeable, on time, respectful of noise in our neighbourhood, and cleaned up when they were finished. We highly recommend Suncoast Enclosures!!
Five stars Two of my neighbours in our community of gated homes used Suncoast Enclosures to make an enclosed sun-room under their patio roof. I was impressed with the work they did and decided to do the same. The first project was to put retractable screens at both ends of our patio to lessen the effect of bright sun, wind, and wasps. This went so well that we decided this year to complete the enclosure and turn our patio into a fully enclosed Florida Room by putting a retractable screen along the front and two fixed wall screens between the house and the first two patio roof posts. From start to finish I was impressed with the staff at Suncoast Enclosures. At various times I have spoken to Nathan Orr (Regional Manager), Russell Melland (Operations Coordinator and Sales Consultant) and Emma (not sure of her last name - Accountant). All of them were great. I can't remember the names of all the installers both this year and last but Sam Morrison in particular worked long hours, some of it at night, to make sure the job was done right. Since installing our retractable solar screens, many of our neighbours have dropped by to take a look and at least four or five have decided to install them in their backyards as well. I can't say enough good things about this company and would recommend them to anyone considering a patio enclosure.
The team at Suncoast Enclosures was wonderful to work with and the finished product is even better that I had imagined. The only downside is that they accepted credit card payment for the deposit but not the balance. Otherwise I'm thrilled with the experience and my deck!
We bought a louvered roof to cover our outside deck here in Vancouver. We absolutely love it. We shopped around a bit and I think Suncoast Enclosures has the best prices by far. The quality is impeccable- the men who installed the louver were efficient, and friendly. We were very comfortable with having them do this project for us and we would recommend them to anyone looking for this sort of thing. If we had the space, I would totally get a screen room...I can dream, right?
We were told about Suncoast Enclosures, we phoned and talked to Nathan Orr and had him do up a quote for us, and it was a good quote. When the workers came to our house in Qualicum Beach they were vary polite. To start they did another measurement of what we told Nathan over the phone. Jake and his helper would talk to us asking us if there was any questions that needed to be addressed after that they would pre cut everything to size then the two of them would install and construct our patio the way we wanted it done. It was nicely done and we were very impressed and satisfied with the workmen ship. After everything was done they cleaned up the site before leaving. WILL DONE would recommend this company highly. Had motorized and fixed screens installed. Price was competitive and the quality of the work was very high. The only criticism would be is that they were late for a couple of appointments without advising that they were delayed otherwise I would have rated them at 5 stars!
