I absolutely adore my Santevia water filtration system so much I bought one for myself and ended up buying one as a gift from a store called Healthy Planet in Ontario for a family member during covid lockdown. The best tasting water I've ever tried. Bottled water or alkaline water in a box is not as comparable to the water you get out of this compartment. Thanks to Santevia water filtration system it has helped reduce garbage waste as well as fresh and clean drinking water.

We like the system and the concept of drinking alkaline water. We missed the water when it started leaking at the faucet. We immediately called Santevia. They promised to send washers to seal the faucet. We have been using tap water for several days as we await receipt of the washers. We own the large Santevia gravity flow system and like it. We just need washers to stop the leakage.

I was there mid-day and it was my first visit to the shop. No other patrons around, staff just started using a new UI - shopify, and were on lunch break, so am glad I wasn't in a rush. Nice comfy atmosphere with the A/C

Best water filter pitcher I have owned. Filters in less than 60 seconds and large size capacity. A little pricey but worth it. When mine had a defect the company was quick at resolving the issue. Wish they had the filters internationally so I don't have to pack extra filters when I'm away for months

I have had the filter/pitcher system for over a year. It is a 9.5 no question. I test it regularly with PH Drops. The only complaint I have is that the filter's clock went on both of the jugs. So I can't keep track of when the filter is done, however I do know by the taste usually, I drink a lot of water so I go through filters more than probably most people. However I just run the PH test and I know the filter is done. Something you guys may want to look into, as this has died on me both times. I have tried the water stick as well, its its very good doesn't raise the PH as high as the filter/jug but still comes in at a good alkaline level!
