poor design of a new condo in Richmond. Parking lots are small and barely fits an SUV. almost up to 60% of the parking spot are designed for \small cars\. You will have no problem only if you are driving Fit or Mini type of compact cars. Even a sedan will have issue parking as the spots are way too tight. design of the parking lot are full of flaws were the ramp is the most dangerous place. the ramp barely fits two cars. if you have two vehicles going the opposite direction one have to back up and let the other go first. A friendly reminder: Make sure all promises are written ON PAPER, do not trust any verbal agreements.
The polygon townhomes are well designed and the entire neighborhood is master planned.
