Scandalous. You (not all obviously) don't have customer service. They still need to learn what is it to have a business. When you open your business and decide that you are going to let kids in, you'd have to accommodate the children and expect that they might be all over the place. They are kids! Not dogs with leash! If you can't stand kids, then don't let kid in at first place. Make a business for old and disabled people! At least you are guaranteed those won't get up from their wheelchairs!

Love their products. Sometimes rude, sometimes nice. Last week we had a very nice experience. The owner give a ride to the kids and they enjoyed so much. I guess people have good days and bad days.

You are not welcome to invite kids if you can't stand kids. Being rude to children and disrespectful to their parents is unacceptable for a so called business. You people needs to get some training on customer service. Obviously you don't know what you are doing. Total lack of accommodation and manners! Rudeness doesn't pay the bill!

What a wonderful farm to pick all your veggies such as cucumbers, peppers and the most delicious tomatoes we have EVER had. And the kids had a blast helping pick the veggies too (we were told they have to stay in the right lane and not stomp on veggies and they did as instructed and we watched them too to ensure they behaved. I totally understand where the owners were coming from). The owners were polite and did not use any bad language with us so I do not know what the one star reviews are about. Wonderful way to spend a Sunday! Thank you to the owners for the great experience. We will be back. Highly recommend

Their vegetables are very good and the tomatoes are the tastiest I've had so far in this region. You can find: cucumbers, sweet peppers, hot peppers, gogosari, cabbage, eggplants (they are very small now though), yellow beans, sweet corn, basil.

I was hesitate before coming because of the negative comments, but fortunately I had a wonderful experience here. We picked cucumbers, egg plants, tomatoes and cabbages. The people we met were friendly and produces are high quality. Visiting the farm is a great way to spend the weekend!

Extremely rude and bordering insane owner. Right off the bat were told by the owner that the farm is not a playground and our children will be watched and filmed! Thought it was a joke but true to his word, the owner spent the entire time we were there circling us in his cart while yelling at my kids. Note that our kids never left our sides and was in no way being disruptive during the 10 minutes we were there and being obsessively monitored / abused before leaving. If you don't want people on your farm, don't open up as a UPick. Stay far far away from this place.

The place and the owner are great! I was a bit scared about those 1 star reviews before I went there today, but after we had really happy time there, I highly recommend this place! It worth to drive 40 minutes from Coquitlam to there! Sorry, I picked the bell papers today by accident, my fault, sorry again!
