We needed some adjustments to our kitchen cabinets to accommodate new appliances. From start to finish everything was top notch. Gil was meticulous with the installation and went above and beyond the call of duty by dealing with some unanticipated details. Everything looks amazing. For a small job, we were exceptionally pleased with the follow through that the professional and friendly staff provided. A special shout out to Bill, Pam, and Gil.

We are very happy with the design, quality, service, and installation of our kitchen and bathroom cabinets in our new house. Everybody we dealt with was knowledgeable, kind, and friendly... very pleasant to work with! They are attending to every detail. We had asked Pacific Rim to bid because the company had built the custom kitchen and master bedroom closets for our cottage more than fifteen years ago, and we’ve always been pleased with their work. It’s great to see that Pacific Rim has maintained such a high level of quality over so many years. It was surprising, in addition, that the price they offered from Vancouver was lower than that of a reputable local competitor. High quality at a competitive price - wow!

My wife and I were exceptional pleased with our experience with Pacific Rim to renovate an 30years old kitchen in an old apartment, which we purchased. Dwayne the designer,spent time and patience to discuss our ideas and our needs. He was professional and customer orientated. The final outcome was exceeding our expectation and to our total satisfaction. Despite a relatively long production schedule of two months, it went smoothly once the site work started.
