Reg and Holm's Mechanical went well beyond what we would normally expect from any business. They were recommended to me by a good friend and it was a very lucky move. Reg, the manager, was just outstanding and would happily explain everything to myself and my son as to what they were doing, what problem there might be, show and demonstrate the problem, and then give an honest appraisal of what the costs would be for parts and repairs. I now have peace of mind that if anything goes wrong Reg and his team will fix it under warranty. Taking your vehicle to Holm's is an easy decision to make especially for those who, like myself, depend on honest people to do an honest job for an honest dollar. Class b camper van towed in night before slept in parking lot when store opened a 7 spoke to Kevin(unknowing he was owner ) explain problem within 1/2 hour was in the shop and parking lot and garage was full,put in the hands of Steven .everything was explained to me before anything was done thank you..Thankyou to everyone there for helping me push truck into shop. Would I return 100 percent Would I recommend 100 percent price no issues you pay to get it done right she’s running better than before
Reg and his team are great! I had a transmission and transfer case leak issue and they repaired things very quickly and we're very honest about things the whole way through. It's hard to find a mechanic shop you can trust, but I'll be recommending all vehicles to Reg and his team. Very fair pricing as well. Thank you!
These guys were absolute lifesavers. We had a bad experience with our previous garage and when we were recommended Holmes we were nervous for another bad experience. What an incredible garage with people! After 3 years of dealing with an odd issue with my car and multiple garages not knowing the problem or brushing me off, I am super happy that I've found NAPA AUTOPRO - Holm's Mechanical Ltd! I appreciate that Kevin (owner) took the time to listen to me because as he said, \The person that drives their car knows when something isn't right.\ Means my car finally got fixed after all these years of me trying to figure out what was wrong with it! It has been over 8 months now and my car still runs so smoothly and that issue I had with my car have not shown up since they fixed it!
