We highly recommend MacGregor Realty & Management for both Property Management and the selling of your home. Darin Mould was always very professional and knowledgeable and his team added to the professionalism. Darin was always available to deal with any issues that came up and made sure our home was left in the same condition as when it was first rented. We were so impressed by Darin and his team that we listed our house with him and once again he provided service that was over and above.

I strongly advise against using MacGregor Realty & Management. Darin and his staff refuse to have phone contact with their clients, stating that all items must be documented via email and only email. I understand documentation is required, however they also don't have their documentation when asked ex.When asked for statement reports, it took months to receive, along with signed leases. They provide very poor communication unless via email. I don't believe this is appropriate customer service. Absolutely not for anyone who needs to discuss on phone or have in person meetings. Particularly not good for any persons who aren't english as first language.
Just finished a lease with Darin and company found the staff to be very courteous and quick to respond to any emails or calls. We requested to end our lease early, and Darin was very accommodating. He's a busy guy, especially towards the end of the month, but his heart is in the right place and I'm sure that Darin and his staff have everyone's best interest in mind.
Darin mould is the worst property manager I have ever witnessed. The way he presents himself is beyond fake. If anyone was presented an opportunity to work with this man I would highly regard you to go a different direction. When you enter a house that is being presented as a well in doubt living space with no problems at all but aren’t discovered until a lease is already signed. Then you have your first red flag on your hand. Giving some visits with zero notice is full blown illegal and should not be tolerated. Also not responding to your tenants for long periods of time when there is major problems is full on savage and disrespectful. This happened on two separate occasions. Firstly a pipe burst inside the drywall and caused a massive pool of water leaking on to the ground floor. This caused no running water for most taps in the house including the dishwasher and clothing washer. No help was received for just up to 2 weeks. Finally the biggest problem is when there is mold literally inside and outside of your home (ironic I know) and your property manager doesn’t want to deal with the problem. Then he will not respond to multiple emails and texts for a month and a half! Once finally responding we did not receive any help to this mold issue which is absolutely not healthy for anyone living in these conditions. This man is just a disgusting human being for the way he runs this company. Please do not do business with this man thank you.
Have had nothing bad to say in the 6 years I've rented with them ! Easy to get along with and very accommodating.
