All I can say is I hope you like to use the stairs. This is by far the worst elevator company I’ve ever had to live with. I will never ever rent (again) or buy in a building that has KONE.

I live in a building serviced by KONE Elevator, and for the past 3 years KONE has been UNPREPARED, UNPROFRESSIONAL, and IRRESPONSIBLE with how they leave the building they are supposed to be looking after. They have left our building with only 1 elevator for over 3 weeks. every time they are supposed to be here fixing something, they find an excuse to leave (I just spoke to our concierge to ask where the KONE PEOPLE ARE because it is Tuesday and we have a note on the broken elevator that the KONE PEOPLE are in today and guess what? THEY LEFT EARLY to another site) or a part that is broken needs to be ordered in. This has been an ongoing situation where they do not have parts available and have to order in which takes WEEKS to come in. Leaving our 30floor apartment in downtown Vancouver the worst building to live in. My first run in was with an extremely racist and unprofessional individual that tried to rev the KONE service truck into where I was standing with my dog. IF you are a developer I WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU USE A DIFFERENT ELEVATOR COMPANY. ps. attached is a photo from aug 1st, after 3 weeks of the broken elevator I WILL attach a note FROM MORE than 3 days ago and attach which says someone will come in today to fix it and guess what? they are not here today WHAT A POS company PPS. I wondered how KONE had even 1.4 stars and here it is! the project manager for KONE rating themselves 5STARS Update - new picture added! Surprise! It finally took them until the 11th of August to fix the elevator
Kevin & Nick our fill in techs were so great today! They were so friendly & fantastic to have. Went above beyond to help me when our elevators went down today & I had a washing machine to get onto the 3rd floor. They were so nice, considerate, professional & hardworking. Really can’t say enough good things about these two! Great job

The mechanical noise from the elevator is unbelievable ....you can also hear people talking everywhere through the building .... they were so uncaring and unknowable of there product ... with absolutely no sulutions what so ever ... grab the money and run I gotta go
