Dont work with them.
I have worked with the fine folks at Integrated (now ProPack) for the last 2 years and could not recommend them more highly. This is my 3rd warehouse and fulfillment partner over the last 5 years. They are amazingly professional and have operations dialled in from the front office to the warehouse pick and pack operations. I am truly lucky to have Integrated/ProPack as a major partner in my business. At this point, it would be extremely difficult to see any of the major growth my company has been experiencing without them! I could not believe I saw a one-star review on here and absolutely will not stand for that!
I requested information about their services and received an email declining my business. They aren't friendly to small businesses.
