This bank is a nightmare. At least once a month the debit goes down so when you try to pay for something, you can't. You try to insert your card, it says declined before you can even enter your pin even if you have money in your account. It's humiliating. Then when you try to call you have to wait for so long to get any help. If you are with this bank, you always need to bring cash with you because you'll never know if you'll even be able to use your account. Truly unbelievable.

The reason it's one star is there's no other option to give them 0 * this branch is one of the rudest service ever received from Envision I love Envision I've been their customer for years I've all my account there Canadian US and I was planning on bringing my business account here too but today's service it's absolutely rude and not welcoming.
I have enjoyed my banking at Envision. So far, so good. They can sound very aggressive when speaking to you, it may not be on purpose, but definitely comes across this way. It's happened to me twice. With the banking though, I've had no issues.
