I have left a voicemail to be contacted back and still have not heard back from this company. There bus driver was speeding at 120 km an hour in an 80 km zone, because I was obeying the speed limit he almost rear ended me and then decided to blind me with his High beams. Do not support a company that is going to kill other drivers and passengers on the road. I have passed the dash cam footage off to the authorities.

Charter Bus Lines is the most professional and reliable company I know of. The drivers are amazing and very courteous, as well as all the office staff I've encountered. I use for all of my transportation needs and recommend them to everyone I know.
We were very disappointment with the service provided. The bus broke down and we as soon as they picked us up and the next bus took more than 4 hrs to arrive, even though we were in town. Then, we cancelled one of the transfers in the morning and we informed the driver the day before but then he refused to drive us (2 km) to pick up our staff from the hotel. The buses are very old and the driver was quite rude and very unprofessional. The company was no accommodating our needs either. Do not hire this company or you will have a very stressful time. Also, they didn't even refund us anything from the broke down.
