I remember a women wearing glasses with a short brown hair was too rude and arrogant. I visited here for applying a visa a few weeks ago. She often told people who came there that she has no enough time to do and let people go back. But I saw she didn't focus on her job and laughed with co workers with funny jokes and just spent time. Several people already waited there and had to wait very long time about 34 hours per each person. I don't think she is working at the suitable position. She gains her salary by the tax of the people. I was so disappointed at the worker.

I visited here twice, and the officers and staffs are kind and nice.

PARKING: Immigration/Residency - PARK IN THE CSBA PARKING LOT. just turn left after the first set of white cones. Make sure you check-in at the office and identify your car to an officer. The parking lot is intended for CSBA boarder services business. PARKING: ROUTINE BOARDER CROSSING: You can not park in the CSBA parking lot, you will get towed away. There is NO BOARDER PARKING on Sherwood Blvd. The Delta City Bylaw Officer will have your car towed away and you will get a ticket. You can park at Diefenbaker park on 1st ave.

Very rude and not welcoming people working at the Canadian side of the border. Would give 0 stars for the provided service, but I can't. They should do better job for our tax money.
