Good for leisure work, not crowded, lot of chance to see birds.

Limited parking and due to the fact that its by the flats it attracts a TON of bird photographers. The trail extends to the Deltaport train tracks and there's no real way through without trespassing. Popular hunting area, but from what I've seen it's been taking over by photographers. Also please leash and pick up for your pups
