Love your potatoes! I have recently discovered Farmer's Keepers at Safeway in Calgary. They are delicious! The best mashed potatoes I've had in a long time. I don't know why you say ot perfect\ on the back of the bag- to me the quality matches or surpasses the average potatoes sold at grocery stores. I didn't find one bruised or green potato in a 10 lb bag. I have stopped buying other brands of potatoes. Thank you!
