Stumbled across this deli late in the evening, trying to find something chocolate-y for dessert. Not only was the deli open, there were fantastic home-made chocolate cake and date bars! Came back the next morning for eggs benedict. This is a wonderful little place and the proprietor is welcoming and good to talk to. Added bonus: awesome 1980s old-style video arcade in the back.

First time eating here. Excellent waitress. Food was fantastic. Portions were a bit small for price. English friendly atmosphere.
I love this place. The breakfast is fantastic. There's an old time arcade machine that's free to play with 30 or so games. When they have them, the potato knish are great. The coffee is kind of weak, but you can splurge and get something from the espresso machine. I've yet to try the perogies, but that won't stay that way for long. Two small issues, the toast are made too early, so they're cold when you get your breakfast. And I think the breakfast sandwich should include potatoes at the price point.
Food good. Servicw great. Don't accept credit cards. Really? Never going back. I think if you're gonna be that cheap you don't deserve business.
Fantastic smoked meat! Just as good or better than Schwartz, and without any lineups. :)
I love this little spot. Service is always friendly, prices are affordable, and I have been consistently satisfied with the food. It's my go-to for late night ice-cream cravings, when I want to grab a cone and take a stroll around the the neighbourhood, and grill-cheese bacon sandwiches. Nom nom nom
Queer friendly, affordable tasty food, great music selection, open early / late, has ice cream.
Get the smoked meat poutine. Fries or latkes is great. Eat up and enjoy!
