Dr Ayad is such a great family doctor. He treated my 8 yo boy’s persistent eczema. He is such a gentle and professional doctor with kids. I do recommend him.

Quite possibly the worst doctor visit I have ever had, and it ended with a 4 day hospital admission. I went to the gym a few days prior to visiting this clinic. One day after the gym I was very sore and stiff, and the following day I had some tea colored urine. I waited one more day before seeking advice from a clinic. I was able to get a same day and provided the clinic with a urine sample upon request. In the room informed the doctor about my recent issues and talked about my muscle soreness. Dr. Ayad told me that there was microscopic blood in the urine and to not be alarmed, come back if it persists over a week or they would call of anything came back via the tests. I went home upset and feeling unheard, and I called Healthlink at 811. Healthlink informed me that it sounded like I had rhabdomyolysis and told me to get to emergency sooner than later. Upon my arrival at the emergency and after some blood work - they confirmed it was indeed rhabdomyolysis and I was admitted to the hospital for four days and placed on a constant IV drip as rhabdo can cause significant kidney damage - even potential kidney failure. Dr. Ayad was not kind, did not seem to care in the slightest and every nurse and doctor I talked during my hospital stay is staggered that he told me to wait a week. I would advise anyone to avoid this clinic at all costs.

Waste of time!, if you appointment at 2.30 PM you will not seen till 3.45 PM worst clinic, More than one and quarter hour late running , no timely manner

Possibly the worst medical clinic I've been to. The front desk staff member is far from being polite. The doctor seem to know very little, often found to scramble online for answers to anything we asked. Avoid, if possible. We've started to seek another family physician for us, someone who knows what they're doing. Meanwhile, we too have access to most online resources..

Me and my wife with our four kids have been a constant patient of one of the Doctors (Dr. De Gracia) in this clinic. If in any case our family Doctor is not around the other available doctors will alway be very accomodating and give us the same excellent service as always. Their receptionists (Ms.Maria and Ms Dolly) are very helpful and warmth in attending to our inquries or questions. Easy to make an appoinrment even if they have lots of patients. My family highly recommend this clinic if you need a professional and personal approach of your case.You'll be in good hand.
