Unfortunately, my experience with Decks Toronto has been less then satisfactory. I have called them on 3 separate occasions, to discuss Trex Composite Decking. Now, on each call, the agent on the phone answered each call and did provide me some basic information over the phone. The issue is, on each call, I requested further information: 1) Current lead times with a specific supplier for Trex Decking. 2) Since you do not carry Trex Railings, your equivalent with the parameters I set. 3) A list of the Trex hardware and tools needed for my DIY install. On each occasion, my calls took place in the morning, and I was told I would receive the information sometime in the afternoon. On each occasion, no follow up was done, no emails were received in my inbox or spambox, and no follow up calls were made. Based on my calls, it seem as though they are very busy during this time. And while I appreciate that I am probably not their top tier client, I had about 5000 to spend on Trex Decking and a railing system for my deck, which I feel is not something that should just be snubbed at. So, at the end of the day, I am not going to beg this company to take my money. The purpose of my review here is for management and ownership to know that I was ignored on 3 separate times when trying to make an order with your company. All I needed was some very basic additional information and was ready to buy. I cannot comment at all on this companies delivery, products, service, after sales service, and my review is simply on my limited pre sales experience that I had. Thank you.
