When you call them they boldly state \Where we provide the best experience. Period\ That's comical. It takes multiple calls to get any type of issue fixed with this system. This software is suppose to be top of the line and cutting edge. But I'd rather be cutting my wrists then deal with them. They make promises to call you back, they don't. The only recommendation I would make is to NOT USE THIS COMPANY - PERIOD. Update 7/16/18 -Same day as my original review they called to try to figure out why I was so unhappy. They fixed the ticket that I had with them, then asked me to remove this review. I said I would modify it, but not remove it. I didn't remove, I didn't update. Until now. The same issue with their software happened so I called in on 7/11. Now 6 days later (Today as I'm writing this update 7/16) ticket is still unresolved (though they said it would be fixed within 24 hours) and now having to call in and spend another 30 minutes of my time explaining my situation to yet another customer service rep.
