Very good customer service. Friendly polite. Clean storage lockers . 24 hours and alarms on the locker
staff is very nice and helpful but unfortunately, i have to agree with Joe Meau. this place is NOT SAFE for regular storage renters who just want to store their things and not worry about it. dayton allows renters to run retail storefronts out of their storage unit. very shocking! ive watched people use the gate passcode and come in to meet with a retail storefront many times over and over again. so, even if the retailer had 5 customers a day, that's 1825 strangers who have access to the gate code? i moved my stuff out already. the new storage unit doesn't let retailers setup shop there. try using ACCESS STORAGE, its nearby and your stuff is a lot safer there!
Avoid dayton storage. this is not a safe location. they have had many break-ins and thefts. company hasnt done anything to improve security. your things are not safe here. check with the police and they will confirm that this location has had many breakins.
