I was impressed with the vast array of different dresses and how well they were sorted for us the customer. It is very important to me that I be treated well where I am shopping and there was no disappointment. Liana was assigned to me and she is lovely and made me feel important and very comfortable. She is very knowledgeable with style and colors. I really stayed a long time to think and gather up a complete outfit. I was helped enormously and with respect by Liana and when her shift was over I was looked after by Ishanika who also knew her stuff and was welcoming and kind and helpful. Christine the manager also was amazing, helpful and understood style and answered all my questions patiently. I bought a complete outfit confident that it all goes together and I am happy with it.

I came to David’s bridal to find dresses for my bridesmaids. One of my bridesmaids wanted to go back for a second appointment to try more dresses. She brought her 3 year old daughter along that is also going to be my flower girl. Liana was so kind and friendly dealing with all of us. She took the extra step to make my little flower girl feel special while her mom tried on her own dresses. It was a great experience and it helped me as I was able to find a dress for my bridesmaid & flower girl all in one appointment. Liana made our shopping experience so fun, easy & productive. I would highly recommend David’s as it is your one stop shop for all wedding needs.
This is the second time I have gone dress shopping for prom style dresses and David's Bridal holds the recipe for success. I have been to many stores in New Westminster, Burnaby and Vancouver and this store has the best selection for the best price. I booked an appointment on-line and immediately received an email confirmation. The time slot says 30 minutes so I was a little skeptical that we would have enough time. Upon arrival we were greeted and we immediately felt like VIP guests as we were the only people in the store. I recommend booking through the week rather than the weekend. Devon assisted us and she was patient, attentive and considerate. She made extra effort to help us and we never felt that we were being rushed. Devon offered great suggestions about fit, style and alterations. She provided options for embellishments and footwear. We stayed over the 30 minute booking time (that shows on-line) and Devon along with the other staff made us feel comfortable and not rushed. My daughter had a really nice evening and this memory will be a part of the whole experience of graduating high school. Thank David's Bridal for your professionalism!
I couldn't be happier with my experience at David's Bridal! Kate, my bridal consultant was the ABSOLUTE best. She was so sweet and so patient with me and my mom -- she was more than happy to let me try on every dress, shoe, dress, belt, veil option. There was no sense of rushing or pressuring to buy the dress at all. In the end, I said yes to the dress by ringing their store's bell -- a super cute tradition at David's bridal. I am over the moon with my bridal gown and the overall experience. Great job, team David's Bridal :)
I had no intentions of visiting a bridal boutique let alone trying on dresses. It was a spur of a moment to make my appointment online. I had a liking towards a mermaid or trumpet style but I had no idea about different materials or even how many shades of white there were. I brought my soon to be mother in-law with me as my own mother lives in Ottawa. I met Kelly Tobar, and I think she knew I was overwhelmed from just looking at the dresses. To make it simple, she said to choose three or four dresses that caught my eye. We picked a few that would complement my petite stature. I tried each dress on and rated how I felt in it. Once I put on the mermaid style wedding dress, I couldn’t stop smiling under my mask. I tried another dress on but it was that mermaid one that was my dress. Kelly was wonderful with her guidance and knowledge. I didn’t feel pressured at all to make the decision so I was amazed that I said yes to the dress at my first wedding dress appointment. I hadn’t showered and my hair was a mess and yet I felt like a princess. Thank you Kelly and the staff at David’s Bridal in Langley.
