I would like to forward this review on an outstanding crewman ship of Shaun Mc Nualty, and his work partens as my listed forman ; as I was sub-contracted out as his Lane Closer Tech tending to line repairs at 144 & Fraser Hwy Surrey BC June 17' -18 / 2020. With the entire crews respect and knowledge , and adhereing to all safety protocols put in place, and providing services to the utility companies to ensure citizens do not go without much needed utilities . I have had the pleasure of witnessing all crew members working effectively, and efficiently to provide prompt service, with outstanding politeness to myself and the public in a every changing fast paced environment for over 16hrs to date with further hours tommorow. Boys\ and their toys! My hubby got a new quad copter and almost immediately got it lodged in a 100 foot tree, so he frantically asked me to find someone to help us get it out. I phoned Davey Tree Service and they responded immediately with a phone call and email - That's the kind of service you don't often get in these fast paced times to to which I respect and admire - Winning my loyalty immediately! That same day they sent a bucket truck to the location I gave them and proceeded to do their absolute best to get that copter out of the tree. Sadly, for my sweet husband, it was just about 10 feet out of their reach, and they did not feel safe or comfortable going higher. They admitted this immediately, gave me a recommendation for their competitor and had a smile on their face the entire time. I was treated with respect, patience, and professionalism by everyone from the person on the telephone to the ground crew. This is something I won't forget and do not take lightly. If you have a need for a company that stands by their brand - Pick these guys! They are absolutely the kind of company that earns YOUR business. Thank you to the team and the people I met from Davey Tree Service - I remain a new loyal customer and referral source! Now, if I can keep my husband from ever doing that again - BONUS!
Big truck does 10k under the speed limit very annoying
