Staff was very helpful and explained every aspect of the process to me. Very quick to respond to e-mails as well. When I picked up my replacement hard drive I was given a lot of very helpful information for further backup and even a rundown on some potential ideas to keep my information safe and to avoid a reoccurring issue.
Karl was more than fabulous to deal with. Not only did he recover all of our data (photos, music, emails and documents!) but he took the time to explain the process and how best to protect ourselves in the future. 5 star service that we definitely recommend!
