Don’t lose hope! The Data recovery experts can help! When my iPhone crashed while I was backing up my data, I reached out to Apple support to find out what to do, and they said there was nothing they could do (!) There was an error message when trying to restore my phone thru iTunes, and when I turned my phone on, it wouldn’t get past the Apple logo. So I took it into the Apple store the next day, they said the same thing - I tried not to cry in the store. They said I could just trade in my phone for a replacement phone then & there, but I didn’t want to lose all the precious photos of my baby I had on my phone that I didn’t have saved anywhere else.
