had a great experience purchasing a 2020 Silverado from Steele! i went in this week expecting a script sales dealership with little care (as a lot of large dealers are becoming) and met Helen Perkins who turned out to be a wonderful sales associate who wasn't pushy, was very understanding of my budget and even entertained my indecision on trucks. Even after the deal is done she's still looking to find me a license plate bracket to make the customer happy. other dealers when you make a handshake deal and then come back to sign they always have a sombre face and have a couple fees that brought your payment above the agreed on price " and oh yea the admin fee's admin fee actually its 5 more a month sorry about that"... Steele it was 3 cents under, and i know that doesn't seem like much but its the principle that they agreed price is the price no surprises, and i like that. I've bought at oregan's and many others in my time but i didn't return. I'll be back to Steele you can bet on it, and you should too, ask for Helen!.

My son went in and purchased a used car, and it wasn't even cleaned like they said it would be. He tried to call the finance manager, and she never bothered to call him back. Also, the gentleman who sold him the car said it was good to go, but he had to replace the brakes. Do not recommend this dealership.

I have been dealing with Steele for 30 years now. I have purchased 4 vehicles from them and they have preformed ALL services required. All the Service managers and service advisors have been so informative and friendly that I will continue to take my vehicles there. I recently purchased my dream (of 24 years) truck from Tristian Croft at Steel Chev. Dealing with Tristian was an absolute pleasure!!! He went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure the truck was exactly as I wanted it. I ordered it custom and had SO MANY questions lol - he was super patient, knowledgeable and helpful. My truck arrived PERFECT and I love it so much!! I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

I have not been to this location and I was immediately greeted by a great reception. They are taking steps for my safety during this Covid. I was served very quickly. I had had my car towed in the night beforehand. I’m very satisfied. I had lost my car key and had to have replacement ones made. When I came in next day Kirk was waiting and he was a nice young man. Very efficient service.

First off, let me say, sales was great. They sold me a truck. They were very willing to assist my wife get to and from the bank etc, who was purchasing on my behalf as I am out of country for an extended period of time. I will say that you do need to be careful when reading the specs on posted adds. If there is something specific you like and want on a specific vehicle be sure to physically double check and ensure as the add/spec sheets are based on new models and provided by a third party. I will take this opportunity to suggest that there be a means of quality control be embedded into Steele Auto Group to ensure mix ups dont happen like they did with me, and unfortunately cause unnecessary tension and frustration for both parties. Due to those misunderstandings and opinions shared, we did take our vehicle to a third party mechanic. Unfortunately it failed to meet his standard. One that I trust completely. Steele Chev did concur that there was a difference of opinion however was openly willing to perform the repairs at their cost. Vehicle was picked up by the dealership and is currently having the noted repairs completed. I truthfully was originally very upset with Steele Chev but have since feel I have found common ground and understanding with them. They are working to make this situation better, and for that I appreciate there time and effort. My wife and I have been dealing with the pre owned manager and am impressed with his level or professionalism shown towards us. I’m glad that my original opinion has changed. David Barkhouse
