You will not find better windows or service. We live on the ocean in Lawrencetown Beach and our windows need to keep out blowing rain and winds. The service was excellent. They provided service till windows were all installed and working like a charm.

We had Polytech replace all of our windows. Their workmanship is high quality, manufactured locally (Cape Breton) and they stand by their product. Their installer is top notch. The windows are very efficient - after installation our electric bills reduced by 15%. We're so glad we went with this product.

While we chose PolyTech windows and doors for their quality and function, the manufacturer has not brought a matter of a door screen to conclusion. This has been going on for over 2 years--all efforts have failed-- the first replacement arrived damaged; the next did not fit the opening; the third was unable to be installed because it was too short and the pins were misaligned. Now awaiting a visit from a PolyTech employee to drill the pins and install yet another screen on site. PolyTech claims to have our order on file and they have since been provided all measurements, plus having the original screen delivered to them as a template for its replacement--but still PolyTech can't resolve this matter. For the price of these patio doors, one would expect superior customer service just to justify the cost. Cathy Langille, Labelle, NS

A damaged patio door... :( Due to circumstances - a call to the office at the end of the day - not hopeful ... :( .... was advised that a service call could be arranged the next day!! The service guy (Billy) arrived on time/fixed the door at a very reasonable cost/left the bill as I was not home at the time ... very impressed/thankful ... kudos to Billy and Polytech!!! :)
