Great option for when you have to stage your home for sale. Service was good, drivers were A1, and having the pod was incredibly convenient. My only "negative" is don't be surprised - it's pricey. Not that it's not worth it, but it's pricey.

Best option for us for a cross-country move (especially since we weren't sure when we'd be settled to move our stuff in the new house.. Pods is moving and storage in one!). The Podzilla delivery was a HUGE hit for all the neighbours and kids to watch.
My driver was Jamie! He treated me like I was part of the family, from start to finish,.Excellent customer service and he got my POD in a difficult spot to get into. The amazing part not one item got damaged! Not to mention you are able to take your time packing and unpacking. Job well done by all! Thank you Pods.
They are not 8'. If you were depending on that 8' you would be screwed. Also they delivered it right in the center of my driveway when specifically twice I indicated on the left of the driveway(I cant think of any scenario where someone would want the pod dead center of the driveway). So I parked on the road my last 2 weeks at my home. Also I tried 3 different cargo straps which none fit on anchor points indicated. 2 stars for convenience.

I MEASURED MY POD THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE 8X8X16 EXTERIOR MEASUREMENTS WHICH MINE WAS NOT EVEN THOUGH THATS WHAT THEY TOLD ME I WAS GETTING. ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATES WILL ARGUE AND FIGHT WITH YOU THAT IT IS 100 PERCENT THAT EXACT SIZE OF 8X8X16. AFTER MANY PHONE CALLS AND MANY MANY LIES FROM THE SUPERVISOR THEY OFFERED ME A 10 DISCOUNT EACH MONTH WHICH I TOLD THEM TO KEEP. THEY NEED THE MONEY MORE THEN I DO OBVIOUSLY IF THERE GOING TO LIE TO THERE CUSTOMER'S AND THEY STILL BELIEVE THAT THE MEASUREMENTS ARE 8X8X16 EVEN THOUGH THEY TOLD ME IT IS APPROXIMATELY THAT SIZE ITS VERY CONTRADICTING. ITS EITHER THAT SIZE OR APPROXIMATELY THAT SIZE IT CANT BE IN BETWEEN. I WILL NEVER RENT A POD AGAIN I WOULD RATHER BUY A CONTAINER . BEFORE I HUNG UP I TOLD THE SUPERVISOR THAT THEY NEED TO CORRECT THE INFORMATION GIVEN TO NEW CUSTOMERS OVER THE PHONE AND SHOULDN'T BE LIED TO BECAUSE WE ALL KNOW WHEN YOUR MOVING EVERY FOOT COUNTS WHEN YOUR STORING ITEMS
Horrible horrible to navigate their booking process! Customer care phone process is absolutely painful and be prepared to stay on hold for between 15 -30 minutes to talk to someone in the US When you finally get to talk to someone be ready for 20 minutes of pain staking questions Then get get ready to be surveyed. I literally had to take a nap after dealing with these guys Absolutely draining!! The thought of calling them makes me cringe I’d rather be held down and kicked in the oysters than have to deal with this Brutal!!
