For years I have replaced the door gasket on my 15 year old airtight insert myself. The wood stove people made a big deal, I had to leave it for weeks, so no. Then yesterday someone told me about CHG. In a two hour turn around they cleaned my door, replaced the gasket, replaced the glass gasket, which was more than I was prepared to do and all for a very reasonable price. My airtight is now airtight again and working like a brand new stove. They also couldn't have been nicer or more informative. I am a very happy customer, 5 stars.

Would not help with broken glass on a greenhouse, but it seemed more like they didn’t want to. Both people I spoke to were very rude.

Called to see if they had replacement vinyl track for patio screen door was told yes, 20 each for top and side. Took sample and said I needed 2 tracks. Was given 2 sides (as a lay person I didn't know there was a diference and the professional didn't mention that the tops and sides were different) Was also told they don't have vinyl only steel and they were just under 26 per track which was not what I was told in my call. We pay the extra, take them home and install them and low and behold, the screen door doesn't fit in the track because I am now told the top track is wider. Cole Harbour Glass will not exchange the side piece for the top piece as we have cut it to fit. So unless you are a professional and know exactly what you need, don't waste your money because they obviously aren't there to advise you or help you make the proper selection to match your requirements.
