Staff were knowledgable and friendly. Had to buy a better air purifier for breathing problems. One of the staff gave me a bunch of tips on how to keep air clean.

Had to return sheets, they were so heavy and uncomfortable, couldn't sleep. Very Poor Quality cotton, felt like polyester. Glad we were able to return them. Pleasant and helpful woman at cash. Person on the floor gave us wrong information, she said the higher the thread count the more breathable the sheets. After returning the sheets, I read on Google the lower the thread count the more breathable the sheets.

Great place with really good deals. They always seem to have a 20% off coupon going, and the products are great quality. We have purchased many great, affordable items for our home from here. Ask the staff if you need anything and they will help you get what you want.

Went in for a bathroom scale. Sales rep asks if she can help me. I ask her which ones are good/bad/whatever. She says people buy Weight Watchers but that's "because it's psychological". ('Tude starts here.) I tell her I have a scale that gives me different weights all the time. She launches into this diatribe with a really high & mighty tone: "That's because you're hopping on and off all the time. You're changing the calibration. You're not supposed to drag it all over the house, blah blah blah, etc" Okay, might not sound that bad, but wow, the tude and the tone. So, anyway, they lost a sale because I don't like being barked at. How about just speak politely? Lots of other stores out there!

Good variety of products and friendly floor and cash staff, it's expensive though. And more important, even if they try to pass an image of caring about the client, the higher ranks seems to be more preoccupied about raw profit, instead of quality user experience. The Covid protocols should be improved and the imposed cash protocols are long, and again unsafe. The credit card machine has tiny letters, what doesn't make sense for a store with so many elder clients too.
