IF you make an appointment, getting through to a counter is really quick. Their COVID-19 precautions are great, everyone was 6ft apart and there was a lot of sanitizer. If you DONT have an appointment well.. You'll wait a while, just like pre-pandemic (but just a tad worse due to less staffing)

Clean and organized. Staff was super nice. The new system had me in and out within 10 minutes because I booked an appointment and checked in at the door
In-and-out in record time! This place is well organized and you can tell they take safety seriously by all the security points in place. I was in to transfer several out of province documents and despite my lack of provincial knowledge, Deanne was very patient and polite with me, she even explained extra details that I needed as a newcomer to the province. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly which made for a pleasant experience.
Was actually very good visit. Friendly and helpful and no lines or wait. Cheers
