Terrible!!! Years ago We completed our sale and purchase of homes through this office. Unfortunately, they messed up both transactions and tried forcing us to pay additional money when they actually owed us. Huge fight, resulted in us sending letter and winning. They also forgot to send title until months after transaction and there was an issue with encroachment! They also forgot to cash the down payment from the purchaser, which could have cost us thousands if he decided to walk away!
Stunned.. spoke to reception, was told I did not need to make an appointment as the firm made a mistake on some contracts and all I needed to do was come in and sign new ones. Came in, no appointment and was yelled at by Moroz for missing an appointment I had made three weeks prior. That would have been when I spoke to reception, and I had not made an appointment on that day as she said I did not need one. Tried explaining the situation to Moroz and he kept cutting me off and raising his voice telling me to stop talking and just sign the papers. I asked him why he was yelling at me and he said I was being disrespectful (even though I was calmly just trying to explain the situation as he was very worked up for no reason). Rude and unprofessional. The firm was also in a bad state, wouldn’t be surprised if he is going out of business.
