When many people are saying to support small buisnesses during the pandemic, THIS PLACE ISN’T AN EXAMPLE!!! We talked with Christine (salesperson) on the phone and we CONFIRMED our meeting to pickup some shoes for 11am. So, I show up at 11am and I wait for an hour. Knock on the door, calls, voice messages, NO ANSWER. She later calls us saying that she « forgot » that the appointment was at 11am and not at 1pm. WE TALKED THE DAY BEFORE. I cancelled my order and I’ve yet received my refund from it. It’s been a week I’ve been waiting for my refund
