I REALLY WANT TO CHOOSE ZERO out 5. Do not attend this location for ice cream cakes. The worst ice cream cake shop I have ever been to!! I have ordered alot of ice cream cake shops on my time since my family and I adore ice cream cakes. I ordered an Oreo ice cream in advance from this place for a birthday party and the cake looked nothing as advertised. The manager/supervisor was arguing with me as I was telling her that what we recieved look like nothing you described or pictured online. It was just a vanilla ice cream cake with chunks of fudge in the middle. The supervisor/manager told me that the only way they can provide me with the cake I ordered is if I pay 50% of the new cake or (the most disgusting choice) they would remake the cake using the leftover Original cake. My family only has 2 to 3 tiny slices of the cake and we could not bother to finish it. We are requesting for a refund. The customer service was horrible. The supervisor/manager argued with me for about 30 to 40 minutes. BUT NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION TO ORDER ICE CREAM CAKES

Ordered a birthday cake a few days in advance. A relative went in to pick it up for me the day of the child’s birthday. I regret not going myself as I would have refused the order if I had. The ice cream appeared yellow and watery as if it had been in the freezer far too long. The cake was decorated differently from the online picture. It was supposed to have a border of blue and white rosettes. The employee or owner (not sure which) slapped on a few huge rosettes spaced far apart. The side of the cake was not properly done leaving chunks missing from the sides. The whole thing was sloppy. It looked like it had been thrown together in a rush, or as if someone was feeling too lazy to make it properly. The person picking it up noted that it looked different from the online picture but the employee tried to make excuses rather than apologize and offer a replacement, which is what they should have done on the spot. I ended up going to get a cake from the grocery store to replace this one. Extremely disappointing. I would not risk ordering from this location again.
Barely ever come here so please don't take my review as cannon. Happened to get cheeseburger and fries here an let me tell you that I was pleasantly surprised. As the DQ is mostly known as a ice cream joint the cheeseburger an fries were excellent and I will most definitely will try again.
7 meal with a luscious, grilled cheeseburger, great fries, a drink of your choice, and a small sundae! The best deal around, and one of my favourite places to eat!
3 weeks and Counting still no cleaning at this location. Thanks for reaching out, I have replied to your request. Week 5 and my last visit here, this place is getting much worse and needs to be reported to health officials.
