Frank is an extremely kind and benevolent person. He agreed to take back excess tiles after 30 days, bending the rules for me as my renovations were delayed during COVID-19. I gave his receptionist a hard time due to personal stress I was dealing with when she was just doing her job. My apologies to Frank's staff. The tiles look great and are of exceptional quality.

Mark was instrumental in making our dream a reality for every issue he had a solution. Indeed key to success is knowledgeable staff. MARK is way beyond expectations he insured that for every challenge encountered a solution was found quickly and with our satisfaction in mind. DURING THE PLANNING STAGE HE PROVIDED A 3D DESIGN AS PER OUR SPECS. But he made sure to surpass our expectations by proposing additional ideas that we decided too incorporate THANK YOU, Mark for you patience, kindness and availability to help us realize our project. I searched several stores looking for ceramic tiles for my bathroom and kitchen. Luckily my friends highly recommended Royal Ceramics, and were they ever right! Not only do they offer competitive pricing, but the service they give goes above and beyond!!! Frank went out of his way to help me fix some tile issues that I was having with my own installer. If it wasn't for him, there's no way my bathroom would be looking this great! This is definitely the best place to shop with a wide selection of tiles, quartz counter tops and I even purchased some sleek glass bathroom shelves for the shower! (bathroom pic included, but not yet finished). I am extremely grateful for the fabulous service that the Céramique Royal team has given me throughout these stressful renovations, and even the quality of their products speak for themselves.

Really bad experience, we got a quote based on unit price, we verified meticulously with the sales agent and he confirmed it was a real discount based on unit price. At the moment of confirmation and payment, big bad surprise “we sell everything based on sqf” and the bill increased 400. They have really nice ceramic and competitive prices though.

Royal Ceramics was highly recommended to us by family to redo our kitchen counters and backsplash in our new home. As soon as we walked through the doors we were welcomed with a friendly smile from the receptionist and were led to Tess who helped us pick out everything. She was very professional, knowledgeable about the products, and knew exactly what we were looking for after showing her a picture of what we wanted. Prices are very reasonable and the service has been great. Looking forward to the instalment of our brand new kitchen. Thanks for your help Tess and the rest of the team!
