Came in late June after i fainted due to a muscle spasm in my neck which was very painful and they wasted 5.5 hours of my time just to give me prescriptions for muscle relaxants. It wasn't busy at all and all the nurses and doctors hung out in the hallway laughing and talking.

Needs to work on there service with customers. Felt very unwelcomed for needing blood work well pregnant .treated me like I was annoying them .

We came down from northern Alberta and this hospital was like the other side of the coin from what we are used to in a good way. Leaving the house at 11 AM we were hoping we would be out by 4 PM and when we walked in, after being able to park without an issue, there was no one else there and we were seen immediately. We still can’t believe it. Staff were amazing, friendly and thorough. We are very thankful.

Im a truck driver and I was passing through last night on my way to Calgary. Went into ER because I spilled hot water on my foot. They took me in right away; the dr saw me and the nurse cleaned up my foot, bandaged it and set up a taxi to get to the pharmacy to fill the prescription. Very friendly, caring, took the time to talk. Very impressed and left thinking this hospital cares!

As far as this hospital is concerned, they failed at every turn. Two doctors were arguing in front of my mother about if they took her gall bladder out. It took them forever to find out that she had stomach cancer. They failed at informing family of how serious it was. They did not care about the family she had, or they would have said " you should come down immediately ". I had to find out from a Regina doctor on how serious the situation was, and he totally missed the mark on how long she had. The nurse did not believe she even had a sister, when her sister walked into the hospital, after my mom passed away. Absolute failure!!
