My road bike needed a major overhaul after a long COVID cycling season. I asked for the premium platinum service and the owner suggested that I might not need to go to all that expense. He said they would look at what needed to be done and call me with an estimate. They did everything required using the gold level service (plus parts) saving me a few dollars. I was left with a level of confidence that the overhaul was thorough and well done. A great addition to the neighborhood.

I can understand the busy moment, but a customer, that has spent about 300 dollars in the last couple of months in this shop and that suddenly has a problem (two minuts of work to adjust it) and the day after has to travel with his MTB, I believe he has the right to receive assistance. But this kind of customer service doesn't work here. For sure I won't buy next Castelli shorts, elmet and tools at Cyclo Tecnique. No point for spending money there and not receiving assistance when needed.

I'm a super occasional rider, not a pro. I have a used vintage bike I got off Kijiji a few years ago for like 200 that does the trick. I wanted a new bike saddle and they were really helpful and nice and it ends up they had a bin of discounted second hand parts and I found one that fit my riding style/anatomy and also fit the look of my bike! They let me ride it around the block to see if it fits. Costed me only 50! The only complaint I had is they were running a bit on Jamaica time (lol) so I was itching to leave by the end but otherwise great and I'd recommend. They def won't rush you and take their time to help out. You can also book an appt to get the whole bike fitting thing with all the technical info for serious riders. They also have better prices than other shops in the area for installation and are super nice. François and Claude in the back are very helpful and nice.
