I appreciated that Steven, the owner, came and gave me a quote and took the time to explain what the safest option would be for our patio set up. Another awning company that quoted us was going to put up a large awning without using the proper beams to ensure that it would be secured into studs on the exterior of the home. Steven was very knowledgeable about the percentage of the grade so that snow packs would melt instead of slide down. And, most of all, the awning was installed in one day, within a week of the quote at a very competitive price.
