I have a medical exemption from wearing a mask over my nose and for this I was not allowed to shop (I was still wearing a mask over my mouth, just not over my nose because of my exemption). I have been a customer for some years and came back to buy a hunting knife because I wanted to spend my money at a local business rather than spending it at Amazon. You would think that local businesses would be happy to see their customers returning but instead they turn them away.

I bought a benchmade bugout, and noticed the axis locking system was gritty, and rough. I have a benchmade I have had for over 10 years. silky smooth, and reliable. I brought it back to the store to see if it could be replaced. I was told I had to deal with benchmade directly, as it was warranty issue (6 days) Now I have to fill out forms, pay postage, and wait 3 weeks lead time for repair, Very disappointing experience. *********Update***** cutting edge, contacted me, and offered to swap the knife for a new one. I appreciated their quick resolution, by taking on the warranty' saving me time and aggravation.....thanks for all at cutting edge and kfir, thanks again

Incredible selection of swords, weapons and kitchen knives! And the staff were super nice and helpful. I’m sure they get a ton of “just looking” but they were very happy to show us their product and were super knowledgeable.

Bit slow to ship; took my money on a Thursday and didn't ship until the following Tuesday. Par for the course in the covid era, I suppose. Other than that, no complaints--I received the item I paid for, damage-free. Staff were polite to communicate with. Would definitely order from Cutting Edge again.
