Great service! Ordered last minute, but they were able to give next day delivery. The balloon arrangement was beautiful, with colours and layout exactly like pictures shown on website. Highly recommend!
I would give this company a ZERO if I could! There was an issue with delivery. I even paid extra for evening delivery. NO card was sent even though I did complete one. The recipient had no idea who sent the bouquet. I then called and left a message on the voice mail as well as an email. NOBODY got back to me and it's been 24 hours. If they cared about their customers they would contact me and make this right! I do NOT recommend this company! HORRIBLE non existant customer service. I mean it's not like the product is cheap either!

Fantastic, friendly balloon service -I highly recommend them! Good communication, good choices of balloons. I ordered them 2 days before and they came as promised and in mint condition. Even though they were behind schedule by a tiny bit, I called in concerned and they quelled any worry I had. Then the guy delivered them a mere 5 minutes after. Thanks for saving my butt cutie balloons! edit: i bought 4 big red balloons and they lasted about 2 and half days. awesome
